PREMIUM RATES
A premium rate of $15.00 applies to the following:
Daily: Between the hours of 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Holiday: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Guaranteed Payment: All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken at the time the reservation is made.
Private Car: Customers who travel with pets, excessive luggage, golf clubs, skis, specific smoking requests, or additional stops will require Private Car service. 4 or more passengers will also require Private Car service.
Children: Children must have a car seat provided by the passenger unless requested upon reservation.
Airport Greets: Available upon request in the baggage claim area for $10.00 plus private Car Rate.
Lost and Found: Please make sure you take all of your personal belongings when you exit the vehicle as Falcon Limousine assumes no responsibility for missing items.
PROCEDURE INFORMATION
Reservations: To assist in providing you quality service, we request you book your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Under normal circumstances reservations can be made with as little as a two-hour notice by calling the reservation desk at toll free number 1.877.239.8474.
Cancellations: Orders changed or cancelled less than four hours before pick-up time will incur a 50% Charge. 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all charter and specialty vehicle reservations.
Airport Pick-ups: When arriving at the airport, pick up your luggage and then call 1.877.239.8474 or 1.800.334.2050. Please have your confirmation number available.
HOURLY CHARTER RATES
Please call our office for hourly charter rates. A deposit is required on all charters. 10% Surface Transportation Charge and an automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all charter reservations. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all sedan and limousine charter reservations, and a 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all other charters.
*Must be 4 hour minimum.
WAITING TIME
1) Waiting time for pick up at home or office: For all pick ups at home and office, the first 10 minutes are free. After the first 10 minute, the wait time will be charged as per hourly rate for the given vehicle.
2) Waiting time for the Airport pick up: We check the flight arrival statuses for all airport pick ups & all customers are privileged to 20 minute of free / grace waiting time for Domestic flight arrival and 45 minutes for the International flight arrival at the Airport.
Waiting time charges for the following vehicles are as below.
3) Lincoln Town Car: $55/hour + 20% Gratuity + 7% Tax
4) 6 Passenger SUV, 14 passengers Van and 6-10 passengers Stretch Limousine: $85/hour
Note: The waiting time will be charged in a section of every 15 minute period.
Note: There is absolutely NO fuel surcharge for any rates at Falcon Limousine.
